Sorry for the delay in Writing. To be honest, I was just not feeling it.
Over the past 2 years life has been a bit of a mess. Covid throwing everyone’s life upside down. This makes me ponder on life and what direction my life is in. Do you ever find yourself thinking what if, or Should I. Lately I have felt like my life is missing something. I’m a part time mom so most my time is spent alone. When my boys are with me we try to get out to an adventure if we can afford it at the time.
With everything so expensive, what do you do?
Ok, I have an idea. Well it’s more then an idea. I’m actually looking into it. What is it you ask. Well I’m looking to make a life change. That’s right completely change my life. Well my job will have to stay the same as I need money to do this. But a change in how I live.
So, here it is. Let me know what you think. I’m looking into Van Life. A complete downsize to a campervan that would serve as my home on wheels. Tiny house if you will. Why not. Lots of people are doing it. So why not me. Yes I know, putting myself in one is one thing but what about the boys you ask. Well, a custom Ford Transit with 3 beds, kitchen, 3 piece bathroom and a dinette is how. The ability to have the freedom to get up and go somewhere. No hotel or eating out and that can get costly with teenage boys.
This would also give me the ability to change my surroundings at anytime. This isn’t just for the boys to have some fun and adventures. Its for me as well. I need a change and would like to see more of our great country and beyond.
Ok what do you think. Sounds crazy right. But doable.
Sometimes you just need to make a change in life to help make sense of it. So this is mine. Would also help in making memories with my kids.
